Guild Emblems

I understand that I'll probably get **** for asking this but screw it... does anyone know what the emblem that looks like a hurricane ( last one on right ) is? I know what all the other emblems are for like the rebel alliance, the empire, the black sun and so on but I don't recall ever seeing or reading about that one. thanks for the help
