Google account issues - can't log in

So at the minute I can't log in to my regular account. I've tried to log in as guest then to sign in using my regular email but this then takes me through the account creation process rather than logging in to my normal account.

Has anyone else had this issues and if it can be solved, how can I solve it?

Me too. Its global too, meaning I can't log into Google play games from any device.
