Are we still having network issues?

I am wondering if there are some real serious network issues going on right now. I went into the arena battles and unfortunately I was kicked out of one of them and actually show that I had to drop down 35 places but I never even engaged in the battle at all. The next time it shows I have one bottle left for the day and it won't allow me to go in and engage anybody so I'm beginning to wonder if there's some serious network issues going on right now?
