Expand guild communication with a Message Board
The guild chat requires all guild members to constantly check it all day (which is unrealistic) because it starts deleting old posts. I suggest adding a guild message board that is maintained my the leader/officers for coordinating raid times and general communication that stays available until the leader/officers delete it.
