Feature Request: Guilds

As a guild leader and member, I would like to be able to do the following:
- Do announcements to the team, like an email
- able to get emails from members (i.e. requests or status from members)
- Do private chats with a member
- Do private chat meeting with select members and or officers
- bulk remove people
- member activity dashboard
