What happened to the 20 dollar bonus crystal pack?

Theres the pouch, bag, and box. There was a 20/22 dollar one a little bit ago, and I sure didn't buy it, so....?

Right, but there is 3 of them, but the chest version isn't there. Kinda weird that they'd only disable one? But, I guess I'll give it a bit. Else I figure 2 of the 10 dollar packs still winds up to a 25% bonus.

My prices were correct to begin with, yet the the $50 and $100 packs are still gone.
