QGJ assist not working?

Just ran a full GW no one attacked on the assist, 3 times this took place no one was stunned.

They can resist an assist but the toons are not even being called in for the attack.

GW completed and no way to im on iOS cant do a screen recording. @warmonkey1024

Myself or anyone in my guild have this problem. I'm moving this to bugs & issues section so the devs can take a look at it.
