Not happy with your guild?
We left our old guild because communication was poor and the raid happened and was over without us.
EA has the raid system set up so that you work together to START a raid, and then compete with each other for the prizes. So whales and lucky members get richer by doing raids without full participation from the guild.
We state that everyone gets a turn on rancor in the raid. Anyone who is grubby will get booted.
