Humbling blow no longer removes buffa from savage

You gain offense up but do not remove the buff

    Since they changed humbling blow to remove buffs before doing damage, and Savage gets his buff when damaged, what's actually happening is that Qui-Gon removes the buff but it's then immediately reapplied by the damage he does.
