Time Out in Arena

This isn't necessarily a bug per se, but I'm sick of trying to tackle better teams in the Arena and then getting draws because I ran out of time when I'm clearly dominating the fight. I get why the limit is in there, but it should be at least twice as long as it is currently. With all the buffs and debuffs now, it's easy even for the comp to stall for the max time slot.
