Claiming raid rewards

Is there a certain time frame for claiming raid rewards after your guild has finished? I contributed in the beginning but people in my guild decided to finish in the middle of the night. Woke up this morning and no rewards. They finished 3 hours ago. Is the time frame to claim really that small? If thats the case I can't be in my guild anymore because the few people in the other time zones finish while it's the middle of the night
