Not getting the double bonus from cantina. Any ETA on when this will start?

None of mine doubled. It says "all" battles and since I'm maxed out I did the last one over again and it was all just the same.

The double drops are only for Cantina Battles specifically. If you look at the rewards you'll see they are double (before spending any energy). So it should show a 2 under a character Shard for example.
