Bugged Arena Matches

Around 6pm GMT I had 3/5 of my daily arena attempts bug out on me. The matches started with the time being around the 2 minute mark while being frozen unable to take any action.
This required a restart of the iOS app, which is up to date as well as iOS on my iPhone. This wasted the attempts as well as frustratingly causing me to drop rankings receiving less rewards.
I have encountered this only twice before in single isolated events. If this problem becomes more apparent and continues then that is cause for great concern and would cause me to cease playing.
Team was Captain Phasma, Luminara, Count Dooku, Ventress and Luke Skywalker.
