Yeah I've bought a couple at $11 and 1 at $5 back in Dec.
If they'd have left the price at $5 I'd have one on constant rebuy

I still have never seen the subscription pack how do you get it? Been playing since December never see it in game and tried looking on the website. It seems like some people get the option and some don't or is it a specific time it pops up for like 4 hours?

You have to have already spent $5 in game to unlock the option.
