Arena kicking to guild screen if you try to engage someone who is fighting

This is better than the complete game crash, and granted it's just one extra button to get back to main screen... But still... Kicking to guild page when trying to engage a battle in Arena that is unavailable (or when you're being attacked) is fairly obnoxious... Please fix...
