Genosian Queen character suggestion
From the well-known series of Star Wars - The Clone Wars (S02E07) we meet the Genosian queen, who can controll the mind of other creatures by the help of worm parazytes, i think she could fit in this game.
Her ability could be controll an enemy for 2 turns, or apply a debuff on an enemy which forces all enemies to attack that debuffed teammate, so basically it worked like taunt.
Her other ability could be some kind of heal like with a relatively high chance to resurrect ally, but with debuffs like slow and damage reduction.
Her passive/leader could be some genosian squad bonus.
