Client Restart error 3.0

For the second time in 36 hours clent restart middle of a raid battle. This time it will not come back up error 3.0 again. Why all these restarts that come mid battles loosing you your progress and wasting your battle and characters? What is 3.0 back again?

Same here, restarted client multiple times, still no luck. I am able to watch streams, so no issue with my connections.
