Frequent crashes!!

It's becoming a twice a day thing now. I've been just ignoring the fact it boots me out of the game while I'm in the middle of doing something. But this time I was in the middle of a raid and it pops up "client must be restarted" and now it won't let me back on. Keeps saying connection issue. Can someone fix please?
