Stuck on loading cantina on main screen

I've tried all the trouble shooting steps and none seem to work. My gamecenter loads just fine even when I access the app, so that's not my issue. My internet connection is great, I have an iPhone 6s with plenty of memory and I'm running iOS 9.3.1
