Totally balanced toons

In order to help game balance the following new toons will be introduced in the June patch.

Death Star
Speed: 1000
Basic: Do 1M damage to all characters. Damage is unavoidable. Bypasses protection.
HP + Protection: 5M.

Jar Jar Binks
Basic: Ani, Halp! Borrows a random ability from any character (enemy or ally). There is a 10% chance Jar Jar will use this against an ally or allies.

Special: Oopsie. Randomly kill 1 enemy (90%) or ally (10%).

Leader: Fools Luck. All allies gain 100% evasion. At the start of each round there is a 5% chance this will drop to -100% evasion and cause the character to taunt for 5 turns. Jar Jar is immune to this negative effect.

Wedge Antilles
Basic: Unknown until ships are introduced.

Unique: Cannot be killed.

Rancor
This is the same as the Heroic level Rancor, except as a playable character. Special raid only shards which only drop for #1 contributor. Drop rate .0000000000000000000000000000001.

Saarlac
Speed: 1

Devours a random number of enemies. These toons are permanently removed from your roster. All progress is lost and the characters must be restarted. There is a 1000 year (real world) cooldown before you can resurrect a toon lost in this fashion.

(A new ability will be added to Han Solo, giving him a 20% chance of randomly knocking an enemy into the Saarlac pit. It only works if he is blinded.)

Emperor Palpatine
Basic: Force lightning. 100% stun, unresistable. 50% chance for insta-kill.

Unique: Master Manipulator. Any Jedi on the opposing team will be controlled as allies by Palpatine and the opponent will lose all access to those toons during the battle.

Leader: Just as I have foreseen. This ability only works on defense in the Arena. It causes the AI to play properly, and adds +20% chance for all abilities to proc.

Jabba the Hutt

Basic: Epic evil laugh. Has no in-game effect, it just sounds great.

That's it, Jabba has no other skills. He just sits there.

Cannot be killed except by Slave Leia.

Senator Padme Amidala

Basic: Rally. All allies gain 100% turn meter and initiative (initiative is a new ability which prevents turn-meter ties. All rallied troops gain first action on equal turn meters).

Special: Negotiate peace. 40% chance to cause an immediate draw.

Unique: Hidden blaster. 70% chance to counter. High variance in damage.

CT-5385 Tup

Basic: DC-15S. 80% chance to stun enemy. Critical chance +50% and Critical damage is +200%. For each living clone ally Tup gains +100% Critical chance and +400% Critical damage.

Special: Combined fire. Identical to Fives.

Unique: Return fire. Tup has a 100% chance to counter-attack all enemies when attacked (functions as an AoE ability in terms of bypassing taunt). He has 100% chance to crit and stacks +200% damage per living enemy struck. Order of counter is random.

Unique: Good soldiers follow orders. At the beginning of each round there is a 7% chance to insta-kill an allied Jedi.
