Rex's Subdue against raid bosses not dealing (reduced) bonus damage

Hi,

Currently Rex's subdue ability does not inflict any bonus damage against either the Gamorean Captain or the Rancor. I know as per the Fearsome Foe ability, these bosses should take reduced damage from % health abilities. However, this is currently dealing zero bonus damage.

As a comparison, the expose debuff which normally inflicts 20% health damage is working against these same bosses albeit ~11k damage on T6 raids.

@EA_Jesse - This seems to be inconsistent and feels like a bug. Appreciate if confirmation as working as intended or not?

It does not work. I tested it many times last night, and Rex never did over 3k damage with his special. Kind of disappointing as it should allow him to hit for no less than 7k VS the Rancor.
