Minor's account problem. A proposal

Good morning. I have an idea to solve the issue of missing functions for minors account.
We know that EA has no plans to change the age of the account, then:
1) Create a set of pre-defined messages for communication between users of the guild (to use instead of the chat).
2) Allow the account to change user name.
3) then Allowing users to create guilds and become officers.
What do you think?
