if we are talking arena: have any options other than barriss? she doesnt hit very hard and lumi is enough of a healer for arena. Replacing her for qgj as leader would help you jedis attack more often.
if we are talking gw: barriss lead is great and two healers is a safe bet in GW. You dont even need to get her higher than 4* but i would highly recommend bringing those characters to gear 8 asap

All Characters are level 70 except Ahsoka and Mace which are level 65

Its risky to bring anyone into arena below 5 stars but if you want to get a feel for him you can bring him in at 4, level up his leader ability a good amount and it should give you a taste for good jedi synergy.

gear is more important than stars in my opinion, even more so since protection was added
