Tenacity vs Potency

I'm thinking of to make an arena team built on turn meter generating. The lineup should be:
Yoda lead (+25% TM on every resisted effect), Poe (heals 7,5% on every resisted effect), Han, IG-86 and Rey.
The only question is, that will Yoda's +25% tenacity be enough to resist most of the attacks? (without the battle meditation).

For example Poe has 0,94 cumulated tenacity. How does it work against Dooku's 2,2 potency? Are these stats substrahended or divided?

You are missing a vital part of information. Yoda's leadership only applies to Jedis and is therefore useless to the team you are trying to make.
