Please have some method of showing that the team looked at our feedback posts. I'm staying to think nobody is reading them.

    Oh I'm sure they read them. Say something insulting enough and they respond. Starting a nasty rumor works too. Brown nosing works sometimes. Simply reporting an imbalance or complaint rarely works.
