Raid Bug! Please Help!

Hi there, when I went to sleep yesterday Rancor was still alive with very poor health. When I woke up I checked that my guild killed that rancor and started and ended another raid before I opened the game 7hs after my last login. For my surprise I did not receive a reward for the Raid I participated!

I went to the other members profile and we started a 5th raid right now, so the guys that particpated in all raids have "4 raids won" and I that missed one raid is still " 2 raids won"

Please, help!
