Given my squad, which characters would you invest the most?

Looking to get some advice in where you'd put your time and energy (terrible pun) in to.
Willing to put a bit more money in, but aiming for about crystals more than any of those deals(??)
Current lvl: 41
My squad so far:
4* Talia
3* Geo Soldier
3* General Veers
3* Chewie "AAAARRH"
3* IG-100
3* Chief Chirpa
3* Sun Fac
3* Jawa
2* Qui-Gon Jinn
2* Leia
2* Royal Guard
1* Ewok Scout, Ewok Elder, Jedi knight guardian, resistance pilot, clone sergeant, snow trooper, courusceant underworld police, mob enforcer
Current Grind
Half way to Sidious (Squad arena)
Putting all cantina tokens to QGJ (10 away to 3*)
6 shards to 4 star Chewie
Less than half way to Luminara
I've been read I should focus on upgrades over actual level ups, this seems to make sense as the payout seems to be greater on armor/weapon upgrades than actual level.

Keep on Sid. He's not top notch in arena anymore, but still a very solid toon. ST Han will get you farther in arena, but might not be as useful in as many PvE modes.
After you get QGJ to 3* I'd consider unlocking Daka (you get her at 4*) and then going back to QGJ. She'll be very useful, even at 4* until you get QGJ maxed.
After Chewie gets his 4th star I'd go back to GS.
Keep on Lumi.
cantina shipments: QGJ then daka
arena: finish sid (then anyone, probably 88)
gw shipments: lumi (then poggle and 86)
hard mode: rey + RG
guild shipments: rey
bring chewie to 4* and then leave him there
If you can get to Barriss once GS is maxed she'd be my next suggestion. Otherwise JC's a good choice. You'll probably want both of them for Yoda, anyway.
