Arena crashing

Is anyone else having this problem? I started a battle then the game crashes and it counts the attempt, really annoying..

    I cant even get into a battle. It crashes the moment I press the "battle" button. Ive lost over 100 slots in Arena ranking because of this and now Im in the 11th payout tier when I regularly finish in the 9th or 8th.
