Assajj Ventress Strike Fear and Endless Wrath AI Bugs

Strike Fear
Whenever I face an AI Assajj, she will frequently waste her Strike Fear enemy team debuff ability when the enemy has no buffs up. At a minimum, this should be adjusted for her to only use it when the enemy team has at least 1 character with a buff. Also, specific weaker enemy buffs by themselves should not trigger this move (defense up, health up, heal over time, tenacity up). But other more critical ones would (offense up, advantage up, taunt, retribution, etc).
Endless Wrath
I almost never see her use this ability on AI. This should ideally be used when the enemy has at least 1 character that has low enough health that would result in a finishing blow from this move. This would then synergize with her Rampage unique and keep the damage moving. This move should also be used on AI if Assajj in on Rampage and has offense up.
