My list...

1. Trade items between guild members.
2. Log to see who joined and who left the guild (and who added removed them)
3. Log to see which officer started the raid
4. Equal rewards for ALL members (if they participate to the same level, rather than achieve the same damage)
5. Chat history (right now it vanishes after a not very long period of time)
6. Allow a longer guild description to list rules and member requirements.
7. Separate officer chat
8. Borrow toons from other members
9. Show top 5 performing raid teams for your guild
10. Show team members that have NOT raided (currently only shows who has)

I'd also like to be able to kick members who have 0 contributions from the activities list.

@orrusti you can kick anyone that you like as leader or officers. At least in activity list you can see who has zero (unlike in raids)
