Luminara and Barris leader skill not working in Raids

Luminara and Barris leader skills are not activating during the Rancor raid. Characters are not getting any HPs at the start of turns.

Options
Barriss lead worked fine for me in Phase 4 of the Rancor raid, with a full Jedi team.
