Fives bonus attack with speed down

In PvP I had hk47 with speed up from poggle and fives was still attacking twice. Anyone else notice this

I think it's because the developers aren't handling conflicting buffs/debuffs properly. It seems like a character simply has both applied when one should remove or overwrite the other.
