Open to everyone. My only rule is to keep chat kid friendly.
We do lower tier raids so all can participate. You will get income to spend at the GuildStore nearly every day. Rewards come slow at our level but they do come regularly.
We are raiding right now and membership is open to all. No invitation needed.
