Who should i use as leader?

The team i'm currently using does not follow the meta whatsoever. Just trying to have fun using my fav characters.
My team is
Rey
Lumi (lumi isn't my fav character, shes a healer)
Phasma
Lando
Sthan

I use a scoundrel squad and have lando as my leader. I've tried him as leader on other squads but I didn't read the ability and found out the hard way that his ability doesn't really affect non scoundrel characters if at all so it makes his ability useless so for that reason I'd say use phasma.

Phasma + Rey is just awesome!
Phasma is the one if you have characters with a good basic attack!
St. Han basic is bad, but if you hit with Rey and Han assist, he can gain turnmeter and move 2nd!
Lumi hits ok
