600 Personal Guild Contributions

so one of the daily challenges is
spend 600/600 of personal guild contribution
it says the reward is 600 guild coins to be collected at daily log in....
well my Guild coins were 30 last night and are still 30 today!!
where is this 600? does it go towards the whole Guild to be used for raids? or am I getting shorted some rewards yet again????!!!
