old daka heal cool down 1

I maxed old dakas healing. And yet the cool down 1 still isn't working. I still have to 4 turns to use that ability. Anyone else had a problem like that

Haven't got the omega's to use yet. But kind of bummer if it is not 3 turns after the upgrade.

Sometimes you need to force close to reset faulty CDs. Also if you started a GW they continue to the end.
