Shard Shop and War Shop

Is anyone upset about the lack of characters, or the lack of change, in both the Shard Shop and Galactic War Shop? I have 70,000 shard gems and 42,000 War Tokens and can't do anything with them! Maybe once a week or longer a character will pop up that I don't have full shards for. I think they should have a way to exchange these for Crystals or gear, maybe. Anyone know something I don't?

Sounds like you are not playing this game right; or you are related to Moby and already maxed all of the characters from packs. Spend less, play more. There are plenty of good characters in GW shipments. Diversity is the name of the game lately IMO.
