Guild Rewards

Current reward structure bad for guild unity. Our guild was having a lot more fun before we experienced our first raid and the rewards structure. There's been a good deal of negativity since then and it pretty much stems from rewards. Competition between guild members to get the best rewards discourages sharing of ideas, etc. We should all have a better shot at better rewards, etc.

+1. Creating competition among guild members completely undermines the purpose of the guild: to build unity, to share strategy, to encourage others.

It is clear the focus is on creating mini competitions in order to extract more money. It's not conducive to a healthy player base.

Restructure the rewards so all people get rewards if they've contributed to the total weekly guild coins.

Explain the rationale behind a guild member who contributes 1/10 as much towards a daily activity earning about 81% as much guild currency? 10% contribution = 81% payout. That is sure to promote guild unity. Please rework guild rewards, so people feel good about all of this.
