Looking for a guild to merge with

I am the leader of a guild named "Padded Room". We are an active guild with about 40 people. A few of us are level 80. Another 10 are level 75-79. Another 10 are level 70-74. The rest are between 60-70. I have a few that are not very active, so I can make room. Lol. We currently do T4/T5 raids. T5 raids take us about 4 days to complete. We are looking for a similar guild to merge with, allowing the higher level people to get the higher raids they need, and allowing the lower guys to do their respective raids.
