I'm pretty much lost on which character and teams I have to build

So yeah, I'm having some issues on which characters and trams I shroud build... Could anyone give me some advice focusing ld battles cantina and gw (when I eventually get there?

So... My current characters (mainly lvl 4/5 equipment) - I'm lvl 35

Darth Sidious 4* 35
Kylo Ren 4* 35
Darth Maul 4* 35
Finn 4* 35
Jedi Consular 3* lvl 35
Admiral Ackbar 4* lvl 34 (is he useful?)
Cpt. Phasma 4* lvl 31
Chewbacca 3* lvl 31
Jawa 3* lvl 31
Talia 3* lvl 31
Resistance Trooper 2* lvl 31
Greedo 3* lvl 26
Royal Guard 2* lvl 21
IG-86 2* lvl 20
Now comes some toons that I'm not sure if it's worth leveling up (all of them lvl 1 with no equipment):

Phase 1 Clone Sargeant*
First Order Stormtroopers*
Nighsister Initiate
Genosian Soldier*
Ewok*
Snowtrooper
Jedi cavalier guardian*

* = Not sure if I got the English name right

I'm going to assume you aren't going to spend more money cause that's just a cap shoot. You will need talia and daka for ds battles, so level both, but I let talia lag behind some she is not in my gw or arena team.

Sid, kylo, and phasma are farmable and endgame worthy.
Given the rest of your lineup, I would say level poe, and get Luminara. You will then have the option of some very good gw and arena teams:
Phasma, poe, kylo, sid, daka for arena
Phasma, sid, poe, daka, luminara for gw
Phasma, sid, daka, talia, asarr for ds
Luminara, poe, consular, chewy (I never used him but I had barris), any other ls for lightside battles.

Wouldn't jc be better than daka for arena and gw? And thanks for your advice, I was struggling to build a team for every situation
