Arena bug

So, 6 minutes before reset I am rank #3 decide to fight rank #2. Cant get in for 3 minutes due to someone fighting me(stupid coding u have here). Fine, 3 minutes left before reset and I finally fight him. I get in the fight beat him before 18:00 (when reset is for me for squad arena). I get out it says I deranked from #3 to #7, and I won the battle vs him, shoulda made me rank 2, but only got rank 4. Would like compensation for my 100 crystals and 75 arena currency (very important seeing as this will make me obtain a character 1 day later in the early days of server.
