Guarantee a low qty of unobtanium, balance rewards across guild

Two issues I'm having with raids right now.
1. I'm yet to see a piece of unobtanium raid only gear. I've made zero progress towards a mk5 furnace or whatever that thing Poggle needs. Make it guaranteed to drop small amounts, chance for more, remove the challenge reward gear and the rewards will seem less pointless.
2. Give low dps contributing guild mates more balanced rewards. You're perpetuating the power gap too much. I understand part of it is to encourage spending but the power gap is getting too big and it looks like you're losing player base because of it. Throw them a bone, maybe give high rank players more coins but similar gear chance to low rankers. Don't give them more unobtanium or credits as they're both power gap issues right now, guild shop coins will likely be spent on shards rather than gear. More shards results in more team diversity rather than perpetuating the power gap.
