Raid teams/strat

Due to all the new updates I was trying to figure the top raid teams to put together. I'm not pulling the amount of damage I should be pulling and I want to fix this. I have almost every character to 7* however I'm not pulling that great of damage in phase 1 or 2. Any tips would be great!

Akbar in phase 1 really shines with de buff removal. Couple him with some with TM reduction and speed down and you can be in that phase forever. Phase 2 same principle, TM reduction and speed down. Phasma is great as lead in this phase. Multiple debuffs and assists with 2 heavy hitters can do a ton of damage. Also if you are looking for straight damage, don't complete the attempt. If things didn't go your way, bad rng, main toon died/devoured, quit out and restart it.
