Guild store reset timer

Did this recently change? I thought it was 6 hours same as store and gw store. Now I'm getting diffrent times in the reset, currently at 15 hours.

    It seems to reset at the same times you get the free energy.

    Ok, I think you may be right. Why the change and why have it different from other store resets?
