I think an empire team with Yoda as the lead would be pretty good.
Yoda lead
Magma trooper
Royal guard
General veers until Vader is leveled up
And tarkin.
Lots of tenacity and turn meter manipulation. And a full team of foresight every 3rd turn. Empire just needs a healer though

TM can be resisted now, and with low potency from imperials it will almost never stick, try it and you will see. Hoping they give some love to imperials soon.

i think yoda's leader ability only gives bonus tenacity to jedi allies

The offense isn't there. At all. I get what you're going for, and I love the thought process, but none of those toons (even Yoda) hit hard enough to make an impact.
