Plo koon. Seems very underpowered. His special damage aoe does very little damage and almost never applies offense down. I currently have a 5 star gear 8 level 70 plo koon and he barely can support or do major damage.
What's his potency at gear 8? I have him gear 9 and his potency is 20%(+30%). He lands offense down a little less than 50% of the time and dispels about the same. I only use him in GW on my B or C team so I don't have much experience with him. I definitely agree he's under powered, and I hear his potency goes up more at gear 10
