Change policy on moving threads

Too many good general threads are moved to feedback, where our peers don't go.

This is a tedious section to browse.

If you want any of us to return to this forum (may be too late for me), stop with these thread moving shenanigans.

If a mod thinks a thread needs to be seen by developers, have them copy it over, or mirror the main thread.

When I make a thread aimed at gaining peer feedback, it belongs in general, not lost in this section.
