How is my defending team determined in squad arena?

Sorry if this has been covered, i went a few pages back but could not find info.

How is my defending squad in pvp determined? Is it my highest power / lvl chars? my last team that i used in pvp?

Whateve ru atk with is your team. As of now, we dont have seperate teams for offnece an defence (although we definatly should)

so in theory you can use 4 nice attack squads, get a rank u comf with, then for your 5th attack load the most defensive/healing/hp heavy team and log off and profit?

That is correct. That's what I'd do.
