Unintended crystal spending

I spent over 1,200 crystals on accident in shipments and created a work ticket almost immediately to reverse the purchase... It has been several days with no resolution. How long does it typically take to resolve these... I thought I was buying fully crafted gear and it was just a prototype... Will they reverse this?
