Have him half way decent right now. But ive noticed when he does his attack all. They either gain turn meter or it doesnt move. Thought i was supposed to take 50%
Turn meter can be resisted. I don't notice it to much with Sarge, he usually sticks.
Also a hidden ability of Sarge I just noticed during the raids (my Sarge is maxed) is when he has full turn meter and gets called for an assist and lands a critical he attacks a second time because the 50% turn meter gain has no where to go.
